Job Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg, acute care, or ICU
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shift
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Experience supporting adult medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
• Maintain a calm, organized approach while supporting a busy acute care unit
