• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770
• Schedule: Day shift, typically 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and patient prioritization skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER nursing environment
• Cerner experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Must be willing to float as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support safe, efficient patient care
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks appropriately based on staff skill mix
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development
• Support safe, timely transitions of care in a dynamic Emergency Department setting
