Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital PCU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and post-operative care preferred
• Cardiac nursing experience strongly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience is a plus
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a friendly, patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Care for post-operative patients, including surgical, orthopedic, cath lab, and specialty populations
• Support patients with stroke symptoms, chest pain, respiratory issues, renal failure, and cardiac drips
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, patient care technicians (PCTs), and the interdisciplinary care team
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care in a fast-paced PCU environment
