• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Required as scheduled
• Floating: Required within the specialty
• On-Call: Not required
• Charting: Meditech preferred

RN Job Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license or compact RN license at the time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Experience in pediatric and NICU-level care required
• BLS certification required
• CPI certification required
• Strong experience with pediatric respiratory and feeding support preferred
• Ability to care for patients with prematurity, AOP, ROP, BLD/CLD, cardiac defects, feeding issues, NAS, and iatrogenic NAS
• Comfort working with trach and ventilator-dependent patients
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in days, nights, and weekends
• First-time travelers welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to pediatric, infant, and neonatal patients with complex conditions
• Support patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Administer medications, blood products, and pediatric treatments safely and accurately
• Perform assessments, monitor respiratory status, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Manage feedings, TPN/lipids, central lines, and peripheral line care
• Assist with isolation precautions, infection prevention, and symptom management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, family-centered care
• Document care accurately in the charting system and maintain strong clinical communication
• Adapt to floating assignments within the specialty as needed
