• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Contract Type: Travel assignment
• Guarantee: 72 guaranteed hours biweekly

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission, or temporary license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room or Emergency Department experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current TNCC certification required
• Current PALS certification or ENPC equivalency required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity emergency nursing setting
• Ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced ER environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate timely treatment plans
• Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and document patient care accurately
• Respond quickly and effectively to changing patient conditions in a high-acuity ER setting
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy emergency room environment
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach at all times
