• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity cardiac care setting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced critical care nursing environment
• Excellent assessment, monitoring, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and the interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status, interpret patient changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications, infusions, and therapies according to established protocols and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards throughout the shift
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy cardiovascular ICU setting
