• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Floating: May be required to float as needed
• On-Call: Candidates should be available for on-call response within 1 hour if called in

Job Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license required; pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, continuous Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred
• Prior charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a community hospital and fast-paced obstetric setting
• Must be willing to float to nearby campuses as needed
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required, with approved exemptions only

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
• Support physicians and interdisciplinary care teams during deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Assess patients, administer medications, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Deliver patient education, comfort measures, and family support
• Remain flexible to float across multiple campuses when needed
• Uphold a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellent patient care
