• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770

• Orientation: 16 hours
• Charting Experience: EPIC Stork preferred

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Experience with labor, induction, circulating in the OB-OR, and antepartum assignments
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications in hand at time of submission
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate during orientation with an acceptable score
• Willingness to complete required pre-start compliance steps and annual competency requirements, if applicable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based maternity care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care to laboring, induction, and antepartum patients
• Support circulating responsibilities in the OB-OR as needed
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Deliver high-quality nursing care while maintaining a calm, supportive presence for patients and families
• Participate in orientation, assessments, and ongoing unit-based requirements
