Experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a 13-week contract in Camden, New Jersey, near Philadelphia. This hospital-based acute care nursing job is ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced telemetry and Level 1 Trauma environment and is comfortable floating to like units as needed.

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130-$2,250

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of recent Telemetry RN experience required
• Recent experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma facility required
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Ability to float to all like units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient monitoring skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly communicate changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective, patient-centered care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education
• Float to like units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards, safety practices, and quality initiatives
