Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2020-$2130
• Location: Pennington, New Jersey
• Setting: ICU / Float Pool
• Start Date: 10/27/2026
• Duration: 12-week contract
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• EMR: Cerner
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of current ICU and MST experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to varying unit needs
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts without block scheduling or special accommodations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU and intermediate care settings
• Float to assigned units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly in Cerner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate care appropriately
• Support continuity of care during night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations
