Job Requirements

• 3+ years of recent Telemetry RN experience required
• Recent experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma facility strongly preferred
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to work weekend night shifts and holiday requirements as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Float to like units as needed to support patient care operations
• Maintain compliance with weekend, holiday, and scheduling expectations
