Description

Requirements:
Active RN license (State License required)
BLS Certification
Recent Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience
Strong interdisciplinary communication and care coordination skills
Experience working with inpatient utilization review and discharge planning preferred

Shift: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Medlivo Job ID #KAISJP00252087. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
