🏥 What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

You will be a key part of delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care by:

• Promoting Elara Caring’s mission and providing top-tier therapy services
• Delivering direct patient care and evaluating functional needs & outcomes
• Designing customized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Adjusting care plans to ensure optimal recovery and independence
• Leading and guiding support staff
• Documenting goals, progress, and updates clearly and professionally
• Serving as a valuable resource to the community and team

This role requires hands-on care and can be physically demanding — but deeply rewarding.

📌 Requirements

✔ Graduate of an APTA‑approved Physical Therapy program
✔ Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of work
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility
✔ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✔ Willing to travel up to 50% within coverage area
✔ Ability to lift/move 50–100 lbs and perform physical duties

You’ll report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
