What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) License as required by state
• 2-3 years of experience as an RN in an appropriate clinical care setting
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, with the capability to lift to 50 -100 lbs,
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties

The base salary for this position is $110,000 to $115,000 annually based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
