š How Youāll Make an Impact
As a Physical Therapist with Elara Caring, youāll be a vital part of our mission by:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy in the home
- Evaluating functional needs and developing customized plans of care
- Collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Adjusting care plans to optimize patient independence and outcomes
- Leading and mentoring support staff toward patient success
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and compliance standards
- Promoting physical therapy excellence within the community
This role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring full-body movement, patient handling, and flexibilityāincluding potential irregular or on-call hours.
ā What Youāll Need to Succeed
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the coverage area
- Valid driverās license & auto insurance (fleet car option available)
- Ability to lift 50ā100 lbs and perform physical job demands
š° Compensation
šµ $100,000 ā $115,000 annually
(Plus potential earnings from bonuses, on-call pay, and performance incentives)
Compensation is based on education, experience, job-related skills, and geographic market.

Youāll report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee, ensuring the support you need to thrive in your role.
