Job Description:
Private Duty LPN
Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately
3 days a week. One patient. Consistent schedule.
If you are tired of running nonstop in a facility, this is a different pace.
At Elara Caring, you provide 1:1 care in the home.
No heavy assignments. No constant interruptions. Just focused care for one patient.
Schedule
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Full-time hours in 3 days
• Open to 10-hour shifts if needed

Patient located in Warsaw, IN

What You Will Do
• Provide 1:1 nursing care in the home
• Follow the plan of care and physician orders
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Document care accurately and on time
• Communicate with RN, physician, and care team
What You Need
• Active LPN license
• 1+ year of nursing experience
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds
