Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Ability to manage aggressive patients, critical thinking, patience, compassion, time management skills. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Behavioral Health Experience Experience with different behavioral health populations.Eg: Adult, Child, Adolescent, Geriatric List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Behavioral Health Emergency responses to psychiatric emergencies, eg Aggressive patients, Rapid response, Code Blue, blood draws, IV s, wound care. Best personality Fit: Person who manages high stress situations well, someone who likes fast pace, avoids drama. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CPI, BLS.
