Shift: Variable D/N / 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends: Yes
On-Call/Hrs: 12 - 14 days a month including weekends

Requirements:

FL License
2 Years Experience
BLS
RCIS or ARRT
