o Day Shift - Grid staffing 1 CNC, 10 nurses
o Night Shift - Grid staffing 1 CNC, 10 nurses
• Patient Ratios - 1:2, 1:3 with staffing challenges
• Type of equipment - Camino ICP, CRRT, EVD, Wound vacs, arterial/CVC lines
• EMR - Cerner

• Trauma and/or surgical ICU background

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• TNCC
• ATCN
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Central line, chest tube, arterial line insertions. Percutaneous tracheostomies

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ACLS
Floating Area(s):
• MICU, NSICU, CICU, CVICU, K7 PCU, G7 PCU, 4H CVPC

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Navy blue top and bottom or Navy bottom, white top
