Job Summary:

- Provide nursing care, including patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Perform nursing interventions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prevent pressure ulcers and implement isolation precautions as needed.
- Ensure patient ambulation safety and fall precautions.
- Educate patients and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Deliver constructive feedback and utilize critical thinking skills in patient care.
- Manage time efficiently and administer medications safely.
- Perform various patient care procedures to maintain patient and employee safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
- Facilitate patient testing and ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Maintain Illinois state RN License in good standing and BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Minimum of 3 years relevant nursing experience required.
