Description
- Winter Bill Rate Increase: Effective October 4, 2026 – February 27, 2027; rates return to standard after this period. Cancellations after signature due to rate change result in a systemwide Do Not Return (DNR).
- Start Date: ASAP
- Floating: No floating required
- First Time Traveler: Accepted, but must be screened
- Patient Ratios: Days - 1:25
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience with Care Coordination/Discharge Planning
- Weekend Requirement: Typically one full weekend per 4 weeks (may vary based on department need)
- License Requirement: CA state license required (pending license accepted if active by start date)
- Requested Time Off (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 7 days
- Facility Type: Acute Care Facility
