Description
Position: Case Manager
Location: Eureka, California
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days – 5×8s
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract: Travel
Charting: Epic
Experience Required: 2+ years
Call: Not Required
Weekends: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
First-Time Travelers: Accepted as a screen with Clinical approval
Locals: Accepted
Floating: Yes, between like units based on facility needs
