Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a busy Progressive Care Unit with a 5:1 patient ratio.
- Monitor post-op surgical and cath lab patients, including orthopedic, spine, and joint surgeries.
- Administer medications and manage cardiac drips within set parameters.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced RNs, PCTs, and staff in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records and maintain accurate documentation.
