Schedule: Every other weekend required; scheduling designed to meet department needs with flexibility across all ED sections

Highlights:

• Documentation via Cerner EMR; patient ratios typically 4:1 for medical patients
• Support from unit clerks, techs in cardiac monitoring, triage, and processing areas during day and night shifts
• Float within ED sections only; no floating to other departments
• Serve a diverse, multi-cultural community representing over 120 languages

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting
• Experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED strongly preferred
• Active RN license
• Current certifications required before start date: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
• Flexibility to work across all areas of the emergency department
