Start Date: January 20, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift per month

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit within a dedicated Women's and Children's facility
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring quality care and optimal clinical experience
• Full-spectrum L&D experience including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, epidural anesthesia, and tub labor
• Supportive team environment with RNs, unit secretaries, and OR techs
• CPN and Meditach documentation systems
• Shared decision-making model promoting collaborative patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (or CEFM) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Advanced skills in care of laboring patients, immediate newborn care, and circulating/recovering cesarean section patients
• Active RN license in good standing
