Schedule: Weekend coverage and call required; floating to other units based on skill set

Highlights:

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit with comprehensive OB services including triage, inductions, cesareans, and external versions
• Level I Nursery experience with newborn resuscitation, stabilization, and couplet care
• Epic EMR system – minimum 1 year of experience required
• Special procedures include NSTs, circumcisions, Mag Sulfate administration, and high-acuity OB cases
• Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics, with overflow med/surg opportunities

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate (required)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Previous travel experience required – no first-time travelers
• At least 1 year of Epic charting experience
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Willingness to float to other units based on competency and skill set
• Ability to work weekends and take call as needed
• Charge experience preferred
