Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 1:14 patient ratio

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Hospital experience required
• Midas EMR and case management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with discharge planning and case management assessments
• Ability to thrive in a busy, constantly changing environment
