Schedule: 3 shifts per week; winter holiday rotation includes 1-2 days or evenings

• High-volume community hospital with 200+ deliveries per month
• 9 labor rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 antepartum rooms, and 3 operating rooms
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1-2 laboring patients, 1:2-3 antepartum, 1:1 cesarean section and PACU
• 24/7 laborist program coverage with MD and CNM support, plus dedicated anesthesia providers
• Documentation systems: Meditech and Centricity
• Recently renovated labor and delivery and mother-baby units with state-of-the-art facilities

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Prior travel contract experience preferred
• Current certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring, NRP, ACLS, and BLS
• Proficiency in cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placement, vaginal deliveries, IV starts with lab draws, circulating and recovering cesarean sections
