Schedule: 12-hour shifts with patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:7; float to other units as needed

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (no exceptions)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system (required)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with Rapid Response/Code team procedures
• Competency in IV therapy, peripheral line management, and phlebotomy
• Knowledge of respiratory support including oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management
• Understanding of isolation precautions and infection control protocols
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
