Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, day/night rotating (7am-7:30pm / 7pm-7:30am). Shifts may vary to meet operational needs. Every other holiday required.

Highlights:

• Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic Stepdown (HVTI) unit providing specialized cardiac care
• Auto-offer position with rotating shift schedule
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience preferred but not required
• Timesheet submission via Qualivis Lotus system
• Pre-start orientation modules are billable (up to 4 hours)

Requirements:

• 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel nursing
• 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience (travel experience acceptable)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at time of submission
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (must be active)
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
