Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends (every other weekend required)
Highlights:
- High-acuity Emergency Department with 25 procedure rooms plus 8 hallway beds operating 24/7
- Diverse patient population including cardiac institute patients, trauma, stroke, DKA, sepsis, and multi-system comorbidities
- 4:1 patient ratio with flexibility during surge periods; collaborative team of RNs, ED Techs, and support staff
- Utilize protocol-driven care with RN autonomy to order labs, imaging, EKGs, and medications based on chief complaint
- Advanced equipment including ultrasound-guided IV placement, Lucas Device, rapid infuser, and Alaris pumps
- EMR: Sunrise/Allscripts system
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience required
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, MOAB, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills with ability to manage complex, multi-system patients
- Excellent communication skills and proven adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
- EKG interpretation skills preferred
