Location: Hendersonville, Tennessee

Schedule: Timpani scheduling with preferences highly considered; no floating required

Highlights:

• 20 LDRP beds plus 5 OB assessment beds in a dedicated Birth Center
• Patient ratios: 1:3-4 couplets, 1:1 for active labors, VBACs, and high-acuity cases; 1:1-2 for triage
• Full range of OB procedures including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, versions, epidurals, postpartum tubals, and cerclages
• Documentation in CPN and Meditech; GE fetal monitors and Novii technology
• 24/7 OB Scrub Tech support; Unit Secretary and PCT support Monday–Friday
• HCA Unit of Distinction 2021; Innovation pilot site focused on nurse workflow and patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Tennessee RN license or compact state eligibility
• Labor & Delivery and Triage experience required
• BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Advanced skills preferred: couplet care and circulating in the OR
