Description
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time with on-call coverage every 3rd or 4th weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM)
Highlights:
- Work in a state-of-the-art department with 4 IR rooms featuring Siemens single plane and biplane c-arms
- Level 1 trauma, PE, and stroke center offering advanced vascular and neuro interventional procedures
- Dual-technologist model with one circulating and one scrubbing per room
- Exposure to comprehensive case mix including angiograms, embolizations, thrombectomies, stent placements, and central line insertions
- Cerner EMR system preferred but not required
- First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience
Requirements:
- ARRT certification (Vascular Interventional and Radiography)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Indiana radiologic technologist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
- Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience
- Proficiency in both peripheral vascular IR and neuro vascular IR procedures
- Strong scrubbing skills for both peripheral and neuro cases including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, thrombectomies, and various drainage procedures
- Experience with upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available)
- Two supervisor references required
