Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to build trust with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Demonstrated ability to shift attention between multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience working collaboratively with case management teams preferred
• Business attire required
