Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and shift attention between multiple tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clinical teams, patients, and families
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with interdisciplinary care teams
