Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1:2 patient ratio, 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule

• 20-bed Surgical Trauma ICU at a Magnet-designated, ACS Verified Level I Trauma Center
• Advanced critical care environment with EVDs, CRRT, wound vacs, cooling technology, and GE ventilators
• Comprehensive unit support including supervisors, patient care technicians, and unit coordinators on every shift
• EMR: Cerner PowerChart
• Modified self-scheduling with flexible shift options
• Exposure to high-acuity procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, central lines, bronchoscopy, and proning

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year acute care ICU experience required
• Trauma ICU experience strongly preferred (Level I or Level II Trauma Center)
• Surgical ICU background highly desired
• No LTAC experience accepted
