Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation. Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC and 10 nurses; night shift staffing includes 1 CNC and 10 nurses. Patient ratios are typically 1:2 to 1:3.

Highlights:

• 20-bed Neuro Trauma ICU with high-acuity patient population
• Work with advanced equipment including Camino ICP monitors, CRRT, EVDs, wound vacs, and arterial/CVC lines
• Cerner EMR system
• Opportunity to assist with central line, chest tube, arterial line insertions, and percutaneous tracheostomies
• Float to multiple critical care units including MICU, NSICU, CICU, CVICU, and progressive care units
• Collaborative, team-oriented nursing culture

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Trauma and/or surgical ICU background required
• TNCC and ATCN certifications preferred
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
