Schedule: Business attire environment; flexible self-scheduling available; patient ratio 1:40

Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and shift attention between competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Experience in case management or care coordination preferred
