Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and shift attention between competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Experience in case management or care coordination preferred
