Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift: 1:5-6 patient ratio with charge nurse, RN team, CNAs, and unit support staff. Night shift: 1:6-7 patient ratio with charge nurse, RN team, CNAs, and unit support staff. Six weekend shifts per 6-week schedule required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday count as weekend shifts on nights).

• Work with advanced technology including medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner EMR, and modern workstations on wheels with tap-and-go access
• Prepare patients for procedures including endoscopy, interventional radiology, and surgical interventions
• Magnet-designated facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals and awarded an 'A' Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade
• Float to sister medical-surgical units within the facility
• Professional dress code: navy blue or white scrubs

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license
• BLS certification (required)
• Medical telemetry experience (required)
• CMSRN certification (encouraged)
• BSN degree (preferred)
• Leadership or charge nurse experience (preferred)
