Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts (day/night), every other weekend required; Day shift ratio 5:1 (6:1 stretch), Night shift ratio 6:1 (7:1 stretch)

• Work with a collaborative team including RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and unit coordinators on each shift
• Utilize Cerner EMR and modern orthopedic equipment including CPM devices, wound vacs, and patient mobility aids
• Perform dressing changes, suture/staple removal, catheterization, NG tubes, and wound vac management
• Opportunity to float to other medical-surgical units for professional development

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Hospital experience preferred
• Orthopedic nursing experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
