Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and shift attention between multiple tasks
• Experience working collaboratively with case management teams preferred
