Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36-bed medical telemetry unit; Day shift 1:5-6 ratio, Night shift 1:6-7 ratio; 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule

• Medical telemetry unit with 36 beds and remote monitoring technology; EMR is Cerner
• Collaborative team environment with 50+ nursing staff, including charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Utilize advanced technology including workstations on wheels for every staff member and Tap and Go documentation access
• Float opportunities within medical-surgical sister units (3W, 5W, K8)
• Prepare patients for endoscopy, interventional radiology, and surgical procedures

Requirements:

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• BLS certification (required)
• Medical telemetry nursing experience (required)
• CMSRN certification (encouraged)
• BSN preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
