Location: Lafayette, Indiana

Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM with 10-12 call shifts per month (30-minute response time)

Requirements:

• ARRT(R) and ACLS certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience with strong interventional background
• Must have experience performing STEMI interventions
• Comfort using EP devices is essential (hard requirement)
• Preferred: experience with ablations, peripherals, upper and lower extremity procedures, and Siemens equipment
• Two supervisor references required
• Valid state license must be in hand prior to start date
