Job Opportunity – Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Texas**Start Date:** April 20, 2026**Location:** Austin, Texas**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Days, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with flexible 4x10 scheduling available; on-call requirements include 1-2 variable call shifts per week and 1 weekend call shift**Highlights:**- Work in a state-of-the-art 2-lab cardiac catheterization suite with advanced Philips Xper FD20 and FD10 imaging systems- Assist with a comprehensive range of interventional procedures including LHC/RHC, Cardiomems, Shockwave, Penumbra, IABP pump, Impella, PFO Closure, and EKOS- 13-week contract assignment with a collaborative 7-member team maintaining 1:1 patient ratios- Utilize Merge PACS and Meditech EMR systems in a modern cardiovascular care environment- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology including Shockwave and advanced interventional equipment- Potential pathway to permanent placement for qualified candidates**Requirements:**- Minimum one year of cardiac catheterization lab experience- Active RCIS, RCES, or RT license required- Current BLS and ACLS certification- Demonstrated ability to perform interventional assistance- IR tech or EP tech experience preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**Join a skilled cardiovascular team in a high-performing cath lab known for excellence in interventional cardiology.
