Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Technologist – Texas

Start Date: April 27, 2026
Location: McAllen, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM variable start, 8 hours per day; Call approximately one weekend per month and one weekday per week

Highlights:

• Work in a multidisciplinary cardiovascular lab supporting structural heart, diagnostic, and therapeutic coronary and peripheral procedures
• Perform both scrub and monitoring duties utilizing advanced catheterization and radiology imaging equipment
• Candidate must scrub and pan procedures for peripheral and diagnostic studies; experience in additional specialties is a plus
• Collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment supporting invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular procedures
• Predictable weekday schedule with limited call obligations
• Candidate must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Requirements:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RAD (Radiologic Technologist) certification required
• Two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience required
• Degree in related field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or equivalent years of experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality
• Effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
