Description
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Caseload management with independent home visits
Highlights:
- Manage patient caseload autonomously in home care settings

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
- Home health or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
