Description
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Highlights:
- Diverse patient population including oncology, observation, hospice, and general medical-surgical cases
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive, individualized patient care
- Opportunity to lead and delegate within a collaborative unit team
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
- No on-call requirements
- Travel nursing experience highly valued
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
- Medical-Surgical Observation experience required
- Recent travel work experience highly preferred
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) specific to Med-Surg specialty
- Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
