Job Opportunity – Multispecialty Ultrasound Technologist – New York

Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Plainview, New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift with on-call coverage 5pm-8am Monday-Friday and 24 hours Saturday-Sunday

• Multispecialty position utilizing general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram modalities
• Short-term acute care facility with 49 staffed beds and Level IV Trauma Center designation
• Epic charting system with comprehensive ultrasound equipment across 3 procedure rooms
• Opportunity to assist with precepting and mentoring clinical staff
• Patient ratio of 8:1 with varied case mix across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted professional license (compact license accepted)
• ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, BLS, CCI, or RDCS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ultrasound experience
• Required competencies: general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast imaging, transvaginal, vascular studies, adult echocardiography, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill
• Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
