Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Georgia

Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Float Pool assignment to all PCU/IMCU units with cardiac patient population; 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Float to multiple Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units specializing in cardiac populations
• Diverse case mix including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain management
• Experience with cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors
• May also care for lower acuity telemetry patients within the same units
• EPIC EMR system in use
• Minimal time off restrictions

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar-sized facility with progressive care or cardiac telemetry
• Strong clinical skills managing cardiac patients and titrating vasoactive drips
• Flexibility to float across multiple units
