Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-10 patients per day, 1:1 ratio, on-call coverage required (4 nights), weekend call and shifts as needed
Highlights:
- Vascular ultrasound position in a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital
- Work with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
- State-of-the-art equipment including Phillips EPIQ ultrasound machines and specialized vascular technology
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and rapid response teams
- No parking fees and flexible scrub attire policy
Requirements:
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required: ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, or RDCS-RVT
- Minimum 1 year recent vascular ultrasound experience
- Oregon state license (OBMI) required
- Experience with arterial graft studies, dialysis grafts, and comprehensive vascular imaging
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Reliable vehicle required for this assignment
- Must be willing to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
